Josh Blevins serves as Director of Development at The Goldman Group, leading the firm’s full-lifecycle development operations and overseeing strategic execution across its national portfolio. With nearly two decades of experience in real estate development, Josh brings deep expertise in adaptive reuse, large-scale historic rehabilitations, and mixed-use urban projects. He has overseen over one million square feet of redevelopment, including major mill conversions and high-rise repositionings requiring innovative design solutions, disciplined construction oversight, and sophisticated execution. Josh has extensive experience structuring and managing complex capital stacks that integrate public and private debt, layered equity, and federal and state incentive programs. He has led the syndication and compliance of historic tax credits and other public financing tools, working closely with municipal leaders, state agencies, and federal reviewers to advance projects from entitlement through construction and stabilization. Guided by a belief in the power of placemaking, Josh approaches development as both a strategic and civic endeavor—creating enduring value for stakeholders and communities. He holds a degree in Government from Harvard University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Ed Golden serves as Director of Architecture at The Goldman Group, providing design leadership and architectural oversight across the firm’s development portfolio. With more than three decades of experience, Ed has built a career centered on large-scale delivery, combining disciplined project management, strong design sensibility, and hands-on construction-phase leadership. He has led and supported projects ranging from high-rise residential to complex commercial and institutional work. Ed’s background spans the full arc of architectural services—from early programming and conceptual design through design development, permitting, and construction coordination—helping teams translate creative intent into buildable, code-compliant solutions. He is known for clear communication, efficient coordination among consultants and contractors, and a steady focus on quality, schedule, and constructability, guiding design standards and quality control throughout design and construction. His track record across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors enables him to guide complex teams and deliver architecture that supports day-to-day operations and long-term value.

Benny Silva serves as Director of Construction at The Goldman Group, leading the firm’s construction operations and ensuring projects are delivered with disciplined cost control, schedule accountability, and uncompromising quality. Leveraging more than 30 years of construction experience, Benny oversees on-site execution and manages teams of employees and subcontractors with a steadfast commitment to excellence, driving day-to-day coordination across trades while upholding the highest industry standards in safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship. He is responsible for directing field execution from mobilization through closeout, including buyout, scheduling, logistics, cost management, and quality control. Benny has led new construction and complex redevelopment projects, coordinating structural, envelope, MEP, and life-safety scopes under demanding site and schedule constraints. Known for his integrity, dedication, and strong team leadership, Benny is instrumental in delivering projects on time and within budget. His unwavering work ethic and attention to detail make him a key driver of successful developments—ensuring assets are built to perform for owners, residents, and long-term operations.

Yona Braun serves as Director of Capital Markets at The Goldman Group, supporting the firm’s financing strategy and capital formation across its real estate development portfolio. He focuses on sourcing and structuring debt and equity solutions, managing lender and capital-partner relationships, and helping execute transactions that align with project timelines and business objectives. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Rayo Consulting and Equities and previously held roles at Landstone Capital Group and TBG Funding, where he built experience across real estate finance and capital placement. Yona holds a Bachelor of Science from Bellevue University and is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.

Brian Gagnon serves as Director of Accounting Operations at The Goldman Group, overseeing the strategic management of financial reporting, transactions, payables, and receivables to enhance cash flow and maximize efficiency. With over 20 years of accounting experience in the real estate industry—including four years of international accounting in real estate management—Brian brings deep sector-specific insights that enable him to effectively support the growth objectives of skilled trade professionals and real estate investors. He leverages his expertise to implement rigorous financial controls and streamline operational processes, ensuring the company’s financial health and operational stability. Brian earned his Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, and he has successfully founded and operated businesses in both the accounting and real estate management sectors.

Arianna Weiner serves as Chief of Staff at The Goldman Group, partnering with senior executives to coordinate essential operations, streamline critical communications, and proactively manage leadership priorities. She supports collaboration across the firm’s core functions, ensuring teams stay aligned and objectives are executed with consistency and care. Arianna also leads administrative and organizational initiatives that enhance productivity and strengthen day-to-day effectiveness. Arianna holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, where she graduated with Dean’s List distinction. Known for her strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, Arianna is dedicated to supporting the firm's mission of fostering sustainable and meaningful urban growth.

Anna Freiman serves as Director of Technology at The Goldman Group, leading the firm’s technology strategy and digital operations to drive execution, visibility, and scalability across the platform. She owns and maintains the company's digital infrastructure, including its public-facing website and internal software systems, enabling real-time project tracking, workflow automation, and clear cross-team communication. With meticulous oversight of data, systems, and reporting, Anna helps ensure development and construction teams stay aligned on timelines, responsibilities, and priorities from predevelopment through closeout. Fostering a culture of professionalism and productivity, Anna also helps oversee employee recruitment and performance management. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Touro University. Beginning her career at Broadridge Financial Solutions and in the technology startup sector, Anna brings an impressive array of experience in software engineering, building scalable internal systems, and recruiting, managing, and training employees.

Talya Goldman serves as Director of Communications at The Goldman Group, where she leads the firm’s communications, media strategy, and external affairs across its real estate development portfolio. She is responsible for shaping the public narrative through press releases, public announcements, media outreach, and positioning that builds trust and supports the firm’s brand, partnerships, and community engagement. With extensive experience across marketing agencies, nonprofits, and media organizations, Talya has developed content featured in leading publications and reaching hundreds of thousands across digital platforms. Her experience spans social media strategy, content production, brand storytelling, and copywriting, as well as stakeholder communications with partners across the public and private sectors. She holds a degree in English and Media Studies with a concentration in journalism from Yeshiva University, where she graduated magna cum laude. Passionate about clear communication that uplifts and informs, Talya brings creative thinking, a collaborative spirit, and thoughtfulness to every project.
